CREAM-O CHEESECAKE

PIE CRUST

1 1/2 cups Crushed Cream-O Vanilla cookies
1/2 bar margarine = 108.4 grams
20 grams Refined sugar

FILLING...

1 pack Cream Cheese
1 tbsp Unflavored gelatin
3 tbsp Full cream milk
1 box All-purpose cream
40 grams Refined sugar

TOPPINGS

Crushed Cream-O cookies

PROCEDURE:

Pie Crust

  1. Mix crushed Cream-O Vanilla cookies, sugar and melted margarine.
  2. Press the crumbs firmly and evenly over the bottom and sides of a 9 1/2 inch pan.
  3. Chill for 30 minutes.

Filling:

  1. Combine softened cream cheese and sugar. Mix until well blended. Set aside.
  2. Dissolve gelatin in full cream milk over low heat.
  3. Add gelatin-milk mixture into the all purpose cream and beat until fluffy for about 1 minute.
  4. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese.
  5. Spoon the filling into the cooled crust and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Top with crushed Cream-O before serving.
